Born in 2019 from the community kitchen and hub, De Sering →, TestTafel is a restaurant that is constantly evolving.
We are committed to creating a fairer food system, while pushing the boundaries of plant-based dishes through thoughtful culinary creativity.
The TestTafel experience not only provides a future-forward take on fine dining, but also helps provide meals for the people.

Last spring, we moved to the art centre Mediamatic, just a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. Here, TestTafel is welcomed to grow alongside their sensorily-oriented projects and exhibitions.
